Taxonomy
These collections draw inspiration from ideas of scientific research, archive and medical apparatus. These artworks explore this theme through sequences of multiple free blown and solid sculpted objects in which mysterious life forms, DNA structures and other preternatural specimens appear suspended in a richly coloured medium. Each object represents a sequential variation of a single form, repeated but not repetitive.
A selection of these artworks is currently on display at Vessel Gallery.
